Nice building, not very far from city center and bars street. 10-15 mins walking
Positive: New and modern building, its very clean. It has a lot of equipment like a nice fridge, microwave etc.
Negative: AC is awful, it turns off the moment you open a window or balcony door even for a moment. But it does not start automatically when you close the windows or balcony door. It becomes a huge frustration. Also ACs turns off automatically on their own sometimes. I would prefer a better AC system rather than receiving a complimentary bottle of wine at the check in. For example, ACs can turn off automatically after a door or a window stays open for 2 mins.
